This week, I had the opportunity to interview Dr Larry Frieder, whose wellness coaching program #TheEnlightenedGut helps people with Crohn's, Colitis, & IBS transform their health and get back to living with joy.
Dr Larry is an inspiration, as well as a brilliant mind on how the body heals.
He leads us through a meditation that works to bring the body into the "rest and digest" state, so that we don't have to feel so crappy after meals--which is awesome, right? Check it out below!
